Getting it right first time
What a lender needs to see.
Statements that arrive complete save a round of back-and-forth. This is what to send.
The last 6 months
Six full months of statements, up to your most recent statement date. A lender may ask for more depending on the loan, and your advisor will tell you if so.
PDFs from your bank
Download the statements as PDFs straight from your online or app banking. Screenshots and spreadsheets are harder for a lender to verify and often get sent back.
Every business account
Include the main account your revenue lands in, plus any other business accounts that take payments, so a lender sees the whole picture rather than a slice of it.
Complete pages
Send every page of each statement, including the pages with your business name, account details and balances. Please do not crop or edit them.
Three steps
Faster decisions, less paperwork.
An enquiry that arrives with bank statements goes straight into assessment. One without it waits while statements are asked for and chased.
Step 1. Download your statements
Log in to your online banking and save the last 6 months of business bank statements as PDF files.
Step 2. Log in to your portal
Sign in with the email or mobile you applied with. You will get a 6-digit code, so there is no password to remember.
Step 3. Upload them
Open Documents or Banking in the portal and upload the PDFs against Bank statements. They are attached to your enquiry for your advisor to review.
Sending bank statements is not an application and does not commit you to anything. Bizzloans compares finance from the lenders on our panel rather than lending directly, and no credit check happens until you choose a lender. Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
