These terms apply whenever you use the Bizzloans website or ask us to compare finance for you. Please read them. If there is something here you are not comfortable with, don’t use the service. Contact us and we’ll talk it through instead.
Who we are
Bizzloans is a business finance comparison and broking service operated by Bizzloans Ltd, company number , of Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
We are a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend money, we do not approve applications, and we do not set rates. What we do is take what you tell us about your business, match it against the lenders on our panel, and bring you the options that fit. The finance agreement, if you proceed, is between you and the lender.
How we are paid
Our service is free to you. We will not charge you a fee unless we have agreed it with you in writing before you incur it.
We may receive a commission from the lender if and when your finance completes. This is usually a fixed amount or a percentage of the amount borrowed, and it varies by lender and by product. The rate and fees you are offered are set by the lender. We will tell you whether we receive commission on your specific deal, and how much, if you ask, and we would rather you asked.
We do not accept payment for ranking, position or prominence on this site. Where a lender appears in a list, that is not an endorsement and not a recommendation that the product suits you. We work with a panel of lenders and do not search the whole of the market.
Regulatory status, and what we don't do
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here takes your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. It is general information only.
Amounts, rates, terms and timeframes shown anywhere on this site, including in the calculator, are indicative only. They are not an offer of finance and not a pre-approval. Everything is subject to lender assessment and approval.
Most lending to limited companies for business purposes is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Credit broking for sole traders, partnerships of two or three partners and other unincorporated bodies borrowing £25,000 or less is a regulated activity. Where finance is unregulated, some protections that apply to regulated or consumer lending, including access to the Financial Ombudsman Service, may not be available to you. Speak to your accountant or an independent advisor before you commit.
Our regulatory status:
Your obligations
The information you give us has to be true, current and complete. Lenders verify entity structures, trading history, credit files and Companies House records during underwriting. Supplying false or mismatched details will usually end the application, and may have consequences beyond that.
You must be authorised to apply on behalf of the business, and to give us the information you provide about it.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Third parties
We link to lender websites and other third-party resources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their handling of your information. Their terms apply when you deal with them.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care, but we provide this site and our service on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything in it, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Most things are fixed quickly. Email support@bizzloans.com.au, or use the complaints option on our contact page. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and tell you who is handling it.
If we cannot resolve your complaint: Where your complaint is about a lender, you can also complain to that lender directly. Where it concerns your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (see our privacy policy).
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
